The invention discloses a variable-damping recoverable landing buffer device for a lunar aircraft and a working method. The landing buffer device is located at the bottom of the lunar aircraft and is composed of an outer cylinder, a push rod, a foot pad, an annular partition plate, a powder damping material, a flexible limiting element, a conical head, an elastic element and a sleeve. The large end of the conical head is upwards arranged at the top end of the push rod, when the aircraft lands, impact energy is consumed through extrusion and friction between the conical head and the powder damping material, and part of potential energy is stored through the elastic element; and when the aircraft takes off again, the elastic element gradually releases the stored energy, and the deformation of the buffer device can be completely recovered to the initial state. The buffering device has the characteristic of variable damping, can enable the lunar aircraft to realize multiple landing buffering without external energy, is stable and reliable, and still can play a role effectively in the extreme lunar environment.

    本发明公开了一种月球飞行器变阻尼可恢复着陆缓冲装置及工作方法。着陆缓冲装置位于月球飞行器底部,由外筒、推杆、足垫、环形隔板、粉末阻尼材料、柔性限位元件、锥形头、弹性元件以及套筒组成。锥形头大头朝上设置在推杆顶端,飞行器着陆时,利用锥形头与粉末阻尼材料间的挤压和摩擦,消耗冲击能量,并由弹性元件存储部分势能;飞行器再次起飞时,弹性元件逐渐释放存储的能量,缓冲装置的变形可完全恢复至初始状态。该缓冲装置具有变阻尼特点,无需外部能源即可使月球飞行器实现多次着陆缓冲,同时,该装置稳定可靠,在月球极端环境中,仍可有效发挥作用。
