The invention discloses a space station solar wing driving control protection method. The method comprises software protection, hardware protection and transmission chain protection. Software protection is topmost layer protection, hardware protection is bottommost layer protection, transmission chain protection is middle layer protection, and the three layers of protection are organically combined. The software protection comprises automatic stalling protection after communication abnormity, solar wing maximum acceleration protection and friction resistance increase grading protection; the hardware protection comprises motor overcurrent protection, brake overcurrent protection and clutch overcurrent protection; transmission chain protection is action constraint protection among a motor, a brake, a clutch, a driving locking mechanism and a switching locking mechanism which are designed for protecting a transmission device of a solar wing of a space station. Aiming at the specific structural form and load characteristics of the space station solar wing, the invention designs a whole set of protection strategy from software, hardware to a mechanism transmission device, and realizes the protection of the specific driving control form of the large sun-oriented solar wing of the space station in the spaceflight field.

    本发明公开了一种空间站太阳翼驱动控制保护方法,包括:软件保护、硬件保护和传动链保护;软件保护为最顶层保护,硬件保护为最底层保护,传动链保护为中间层保护,三层保护有机结合。软件保护包括:通信异常后自动停转保护、太阳翼最大加速度保护、摩擦阻力增大分级保护;硬件保护包括:电机过流保护、制动器过流保护和离合器过流保护;传动链保护是为保护空间站太阳翼的传动装置而设计的电机、制动器、离合器、驱动锁定机构以及切换锁定机构相互间的动作约束保护。本发明是针对空间站太阳翼特有的结构形式和负载特点,设计的一种从软件、硬件到机构传动装置整套的保护策略,实现航天领域空间站大型对日定向太阳翼特有的驱动控制形式进行保护。
