The invention provides a gravity center switching mechanism and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The gravity center switching mechanism comprises an installation assembly, a sliding assembly and a reset assembly, the sliding assembly is in sliding fit with the installation assembly, and the installation assembly comprises an installation base and a limiting piece movably arranged on the installation base; the sliding assembly is provided with a first limiting groove, a second limiting groove and a first guide groove, and the sliding assembly is used for being driven by counter-acting force generated when the load emitter emits a load so as to slide relative to the mounting assembly, so that the limiting piece slides into the first guide groove from the first limiting groove; the reset assembly is arranged between the mounting assembly and the sliding assembly, and the limiting piece slides into the second limiting groove from the first guide groove under the action of the reset assembly and is used for keeping the gravity center position of the unmanned aerial vehicle unchanged before and after the load is launched.
