The embodiment of the invention discloses an underwater vehicle release device which is characterized in that a first through hole is formed in the middle of a base body, and a cable is accommodated in the first through hole; the sleeve is hollow, two ends of the sleeve are open, the bottom surface is connected with the top surface of the base body, a heating part and a memory alloy column are arranged in a hollow inner cavity of the sleeve, a clamping hole is formed in the side wall, and a clamping piece is arranged in the clamping hole; the releasing component sleeves the sleeve and is provided with an opening in the middle; the shield is fixed on the top surface of the release component and is internally provided with an elastic piece; a second through hole is vertically formed in the middle of the limiting pin; one end of the elastic piece abuts against the protective cover, and the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the limiting pin; the heating part is fixed on the top surface of the base body and is connected with the cable; one end of the memory alloy column is connected with the heating part, the other end of the memory alloy column is inserted into the second through hole, the middle annular step clamps the limiting pin, and the annular step contracts to be smaller than the second through hole after being heated, so that the limiting pin moves downwards till the clamping piece is disengaged from the clamping hole, noise generated during disengagement is reduced, and electromagnetic influence is avoided.

    本发明实施例公开了一种水下航行器解脱装置,包括:基体中部设有第一通孔,第一通孔容置有电缆;套筒中空,两端开口,底面与基体的顶面连接,套筒的中空内腔中设有加热部件及记忆合金柱,侧壁开设有装卡孔,装卡孔中设有装卡件;解脱部件套设在套筒外侧,中部开口;护罩固定在解脱部件顶面,内部设有弹性件;限位销,限位销中部竖直开设有第二通孔;弹性件一端与护罩抵接,另一端与限位销抵接;加热部件固定在基体的顶面,与电缆连接;记忆合金柱一端与加热部件连接,另一端插入第二通孔中,中部环形台阶卡住限位销,环形台阶受热后收缩至小于第二通孔的尺寸,使限位销下移直至装卡件从装卡孔脱出,从而减少了解脱时的噪声,避免电磁影响。
