The invention discloses an automatic adjusting mechanism and a hub motor hoisting structure for a railway vehicle, which are characterized in that the automatic adjusting mechanism is mounted at the tail end of a motor stator supporting shaft, and when the vehicle passes through a curve and wheels swing during operation, a supporting shaft ball head is driven to do universal rotation around a spherical lining tile in a flange, so that the motor stator supporting shaft is driven to rotate. The circular ring rubber block and the crown nut are connected with the flange, and the rubber bushing in the connecting bolt group can generate elastic displacement to adapt to the swing of the wheel; repulsive force between the two annular magnetic steel blocks between the flanges further provides restoring force. When the wheels move transversely, the whole motor can adapt to the transverse displacement of the vehicle in operation by means of the displacement of the flange inner hole spline groove and the spline shaft. The structure can ensure that the motor is not damaged.

    本发明公布的一种自动调节机构以及轨道车辆用轮毂电机吊装结构,其特点是在电机定子支承轴末端安装自动调节机构,当车辆通过曲线时,车轮在运行中发生摆动时,驱动支承轴球头围绕法兰中的球面衬瓦作万向转动,与法兰相连接的圆环橡胶块和皇冠螺母、连接螺栓组中的橡胶衬套可产生弹性变位以适应车轮的摆动;且法兰间两片环形磁钢块相互间的斥力,进一步提供恢复力。当车轮发生横向移动时,电机整体可借助法兰内孔花键槽与花键轴的位移,以适应车辆在运行中的横向位移。上述结构能够保证电机不受损坏。
