The switching device can control on-off of the second oil way, when the switching device is closed, oil in the liquid storage tank can enter the load cavity assembly and the push rod cavity assembly through the second oil way and the first oil way, and when the switching device is opened, oil in the liquid storage tank can enter the load cavity assembly and the push rod cavity assembly. Oil in the push rod cavity assembly can enter the load cavity assembly through the first oil way under the action of treading force to form a pedal feeling, and oil in the load cavity assembly can return to the liquid storage tank through the third oil way under the action of treading force. On the premise that the pedal feeling curve is met, the hydraulic principle is simpler, the machining difficulty is lower, the types and the number of used parts are smaller, and the cost is lower.

    本发明公开了一种踏板感模拟装置,包括推杆腔组件和负载腔组件,推杆腔组件通过第一油路与负载腔组件相通,第一油路通过第二油路与储液罐相通,负载腔组件通过第三油路与储液罐相通,第二油路上设有开关装置,开关装置能够控制第二油路的通断,当开关装置关闭时,储液罐内的油可通过第二油路和第一油路进入负载腔组件和推杆腔组件的内部,当开关装置打开时,推杆腔组件内的油能够在踩踏力的作用下通过第一油路进入负载腔组件的内部形成踏板感,负载腔组件内的油能够在踩踏力的作用下通过第三油路回到储液罐内。本发明在满足踏板感曲线的前提下,液压原理更简单,加工难度更低,使用的零部件种类及数量更少,成本更低。
