The invention relates to an active stabilizer bar and an automotive suspension. The active stabilizer bar is applied to an auxiliary frame and comprises a mounting seat, a bar body and a hydraulic bushing, and the mounting seat is provided with an assembly hole; the rod body is provided with an inserting part, and the inserting part can be inserted into the assembling hole; the hydraulic bushing is arranged on the insertion part in a sleeving manner and is accommodated in the assembly hole; wherein the outer surface of the hydraulic bushing is connected with the hole wall of the assembly hole, so that the hydraulic bushing does not radially rotate relative to the mounting seat; and the inner surface of the hydraulic bushing is connected with the inserting part, so that the hydraulic bushing does not radially rotate relative to the rod body. Through the mode, the active stabilizer bar can change the torsional rigidity to meet the torsional rigidity matching value of a vehicle under different working conditions, then the chassis performance of the vehicle is improved, and the active stabilizer bar is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture.
