The invention discloses an automotive motor type active stabilizer bar which comprises a left stabilizer bar body (1), a right stabilizer bar body (5) and a motor (4), and further comprises a locking mechanism (2) and a reducing mechanism (3). The left stabilizer bar body (1) is connected with the locking mechanism (2), and the right stabilizer bar body (5) is connected with a shell of the motor (4). One end of the reducing mechanism (3) is connected with the motor (4), and the other end of the reducing mechanism (3) is connected with the locking mechanism (2). The automotive motor type active stabilizer bar is small in size and has the locking function.
