The distributed driving suspension system of the drive-by-wire chassis comprises a shock absorber and a shock absorption sleeve, the shock absorber is arranged in the shock absorption sleeve, the shock absorption sleeve is installed on a sliding plate chassis, and an elastic rubber shock absorption sleeve connecting structure is arranged at the connecting position of the shock absorption sleeve and the sliding plate chassis. The steering system and the suspension system of the distributed driving electric scooter are integrated together, various postures of the scooter in the running process are effectively controlled through the domain controller, and various running modes of distributed driving are achieved; the problem that suspension and steering mechanisms in other forms such as in-situ turning, right-angle steering and lateral parking cannot be achieved is solved. A suspension structure of a current mainstream drive-by-wire chassis is changed, a steering engine structure is reduced, a double-fork-arm or multi-connecting-rod structure is omitted, the total size of a suspension system is reduced, and the structural weight is reduced; and the comfort of the vehicle in the driving process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种线控底盘的分布式驱动悬挂系统,包括减震器和减震套,减震器设置在减震套内,减震套安装在滑板底盘上,减震套和滑板底盘连接处设置有弹性橡胶减震套连接结构。本发明将分布式驱动电动滑板车的转向系统和悬挂系统集成在一起,通过域控制器实现对车辆行驶中的各种姿态的有效控制,实现分布式驱动的各种行驶模式,解决原地掉头、直角转向、侧方位停车等其他形式的悬挂和转向机构没法实现的问题;改变了目前主流线控底盘的悬挂结构,减少了转向机结构,减掉了双叉臂或者多连杆结构,缩小了悬挂系统的总尺寸,减轻了结构重量;提高车辆行驶过程中的舒适性。
