The invention discloses a pantograph slide plate, a preparation method thereof and an electrified vehicle, and belongs to the field of materials. A pantograph slide plate on electrified vehicles such as a high-speed rail and the like is a key component of a power receiving element, is directly contacted with a wire of a contact network, guides current on a power transmission network in a static or sliding state, and transmits the current to a locomotive power supply system. The pantograph slide plate provided by the invention has the advantages of high structural strength, good arc suppression performance, small wire wear, low resistivity and wear resistance. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating a first material; the pretreated first material is loaded into a mold at the normal temperature, 150 MPa pressure is applied to the single side, compression molding is conducted at the temperature of 165 +/-5 DEG C, and a second material is obtained; the second material is isolated from air and slowly heated under medium protection, the starting temperature of slow heating is 130 DEG C, and the final temperature is 450-750 DEG C; the first material comprises graphite, electrolytic copper powder, a resin binder and red copper fibers.

    本发明公开了受电弓滑板及其制备方法、电气化交通工具,属于材料领域。高铁等电气化交通工具上的受电弓滑板是受电元件的关键组成部分,受电弓滑板直接与接触网导线接触,在静止或滑动状态下将输电网上的电流引导下来,传输给机车供电系统。本发明提供的受电弓滑板具有结构强度高、抑弧性能好、对导线磨损小、电阻率低、耐磨损,具体制备方法如下:对第一材料进行预处理;在常温下将预处理后的第一材料装入模具,单侧施加150MPa压力,在165±5℃的温度下压制成型,获得第二材料;将所述第二材料隔绝空气并在介质保护下缓慢升温加热,所述缓慢升温起点温度为130摄氏度,终温为450‑750摄氏度;所述第一材料包括石墨、电解铜粉、树脂粘结剂、紫铜纤维。
