Comprising the steps that pedestrian information and intersection information of a target intersection are acquired based on an object platform through a sensing network platform, and the target intersection is an intersection provided with traffic lights; determining a time setting scheme of traffic lights of the target intersection based on the pedestrian information and the intersection information; and a control instruction corresponding to the time setting scheme is sent to the object platform through the sensing network platform, and the object platform responds to the received control instruction to control the lighting duration of the traffic signal lamp.
