The special lifting appliance comprises a main cross beam frame, a forward and reverse rotation adjusting mechanism, a left and right rotation adjusting mechanism and a clamping mechanism, the left and right rotation adjusting mechanism comprises a rotating base hinged to the main cross beam frame, and the forward and reverse rotation adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting arm hinged to the rotating base; the angle change between the rotating base and the main cross beam frame and the angle change between the suspension arm and the rotating base are realized through an oil cylinder; a hinge shaft of the rotating base on the main cross beam frame is perpendicular to a hinge shaft of the suspension arm on the rotating base; the clamping mechanisms are located at the two ends of the main cross beam frame and comprise retractable hanging belts and self-aligning pressing arm assemblies, and the hanging belts and the self-aligning pressing arm assemblies are matched to fix and clamp the blades. The lifting appliance flexibly utilizes the oil cylinder to realize radial and axial adjustment of the wind power blade, is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can be used for lifting wind power blades of various specifications, and is high in adaptability.

    本发明提出一种风电叶片专用吊具,包括主横梁架、正反向旋转调整机构、左右向旋转调整机构和夹持机构,所述左右旋转调整机构包括与主横梁架铰接的旋转基座,所述正反向旋转调整机构包括与旋转基座铰接的吊臂,旋转基座和主横梁架之间的角度变化、吊臂与旋转基座之间的角度变化均通过油缸实现,旋转基座在主横梁架上的铰接轴与吊臂在旋转基座上的铰接轴相互垂直;所述夹持机构位于主横梁架两端,包括可收放的吊带和自调心压臂组件,吊带与自调心压臂组件配合固定夹紧叶片。本发明中的吊具灵活利用油缸实现对风电叶片的径向和轴向调整,结构简单,操作方便,同时可用于吊装多种规格的风电叶片,适用度高。
