The construction platform is divided into a plurality of small modules which can be mutually folded according to the space structure, a plurality of lifting points are arranged on the top layers of the small modules, lifting tools are installed at the lifting points, then part of the small modules form middle modules, lifting equipment is connected with the lifting tools through lifting hooks and lifting frames, the lifting equipment is started, the middle modules and bottom modules are folded, and the middle modules are connected with the bottom modules. When the middle modules and the bottom modules are folded, the middle modules at other installation positions are repeatedly assembled, and after the bottom modules and the middle modules are folded, the middle modules at the other installation positions are folded until a construction platform with a complete space structure is formed; when the construction platform is hoisted, the segmentation of the ship and the closing of the bottom block of the ship are carried out at the same time. The problems that in the prior art, a thin film type enclosure system construction platform needs to occupy a large erection area and needs a large quantity of auxiliary materials are solved, and the ship construction period is shortened.

    本申请通过将施工平台按空间结构划分为多个可相互合拢的小模块,在小模块的顶部层设置多处吊点,在吊点处安装吊具,再将部分小模块组成中模块,起重设备通过吊钩与吊框连接吊具,启动起重设备,将所述中模块与底部模块合拢,在进行中模块与底部模块合拢的同时,重复组装其他安装位置的中模块,在底部模块与所述中模块合拢后,将其他安装位置的中模块进行合拢,直至形成具有空间结构完整的施工平台;在施工平台吊装的同时,船舶的分段与船舶底部总段的合拢同时进行。解决了现有技术中薄膜型围护系统施工平台搭设需要占用较大的搭设面积、辅材需求量大的问题,并且压缩了船舶建设周期。
