The invention discloses a wall-climbing robot, belongs to the technical field of robot application, and mainly aims to solve the problems of poor adsorption capacity and high wall surface requirement during wall surface climbing. The wall-climbing robot mainly comprises a robot body, a front wheel steering device, a rear wheel driving device, an adsorption device and an auxiliary transition device. When working on the horizontal plane, the task can be completed only by matching the front wheel steering device with the rear wheel driving device; when the wall surface works, the adsorption device needs to provide reverse thrust to the wall to complete adsorption on the wall; when the horizontal plane and the wall face work, the auxiliary transition mechanism is perpendicular to the fuselage and keeps static, the steering engine controls the transition device to turn to be attached to the wall face during transition from the horizontal plane to the vertical wall face, and meanwhile the transition task is completed under cooperation of rear wheel driving and the adsorption device. The wall-climbing robot utilizes reverse thrust for adsorption, can adapt to different wall surfaces, and can replace manual work to complete some tasks of monitoring, checking and transporting articles.

    本发明公开了一种爬壁机器人,属于机器人应用技术领域,主要是为了解决攀爬壁面时吸附能力差,对壁面要求高的问题。该爬壁机器人主要包括机身、前轮转向装置、后轮驱动装置、吸附装置、辅助过渡装置。水平面工作时,只需要前轮转向装置与后轮驱动装置相互配合便可以完成任务;壁面工作时还需要吸附装置提供对于墙壁的反推力来完成在墙壁的吸附;水平面和壁面工作时辅助过渡机构垂直于机身并保持静止,水平面到垂直壁面之间过渡时舵机控制过渡装置转向与壁面贴合,同时在后轮驱动与吸附装置的配合下完成过渡任务。该爬壁机器人利用反推力吸附,可以适应不同的壁面,可以代替人工完成一些监测、检查、运输物品的任务。
