According to the urban rail vehicle pantograph control system based on the Ethernet, a pantograph control input circuit of the system is in hard wire connection with a control vehicle remote input and output unit, and the control logic of a pantograph is calculated through a vehicle control unit; the pantograph vehicle remote input and output unit is in hard wire connection with the pantograph control output circuit; when the pantograph needs to be lifted or lowered, a control instruction is sent to the control vehicle remote input and output unit through the pantograph control input circuit, and the control vehicle remote input and output unit converts an electric signal into a network signal through processing; a network signal reaches a vehicle control unit through a train Ethernet, and the vehicle control unit calls a pantograph control program for calculation and transmits a calculation result to a remote input and output unit of a pantograph vehicle; and the pantograph vehicle remote input and output unit converts the network signal into an electric signal, and drives the pantograph control output circuit to output a pantograph control instruction through the electric signal.
