The belt has a plurality of rope bodies and a rope covering body. When a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt is observed, the plurality of rope bodies are arranged at intervals in the width direction. The rope wrapping body wraps the plurality of rope bodies. Each of the plurality of rope bodies has a core rope. Each core rope has a core fiber bundle comprising one or a plurality of twisted high-strength fiber bundles, and a plurality of steel core wire members provided on the outer periphery of the core fiber bundle.
