The invention provides an unmanned forklift and a working method of the unmanned forklift, and relates to the field of material transportation. The unmanned forklift comprises a chassis, fork teeth, a bearing platform and a fixing part, the bearing platform is fixed to the chassis, the fixing part is fixed to the side portion of the chassis, and the fork teeth are slidably connected with the fixing part so that the fork teeth can move between a first height and a second height. The orthographic projection of the prongs on the chassis is located in the chassis, and the orthographic projection of the prongs on the chassis does not coincide with the orthographic projection of the bearing platform on the chassis. When the prongs are located at the first height, the prongs are higher than the bearing platform; and when the fork teeth are located at the second height, the fork teeth are lower than the bearing platform. When the unmanned forklift turns, the risk that cargos borne on the pallet fork touch a goods shelf or other cargos is small, and the risk that the cargos borne on the pallet fork fall off is small.

    本发明提供一种无人叉车及无人叉车的工作方法,涉及物料运输领域。所述无人叉车包括底盘、叉齿、承载平台和固定部,所述承载平台固定在所述底盘上,所述固定部固定于所述底盘的侧部,所述叉齿与所述固定部滑动连接,以使所述叉齿能够在第一高度和第二高度之间移动,所述叉齿在所述底盘上的正投影位于所述底盘内,并且所述叉齿在所述底盘上的正投影与所述承载平台在所述底盘上的正投影不重合;在所述叉齿位于所述第一高度时,所述叉齿高于所述承载平台;在所述叉齿位于所述第二高度时,所述叉齿低于所述承载平台。本申请的无人叉车在转弯时,承载在货叉上的货物碰到货架或者其他货物的风险较小,承载在货叉上的货物掉落的风险较小。
