The invention relates to a multi-crown-block automatic operation scheduling method, which comprises the following steps of: continuously scanning a crown block working area in a workshop by adopting a plurality of laser radar instruments, establishing a workshop three-dimensional model, installing a vehicle-mounted UWB (Ultra Wideband) distance measuring sensor which moves along with a cart on each crown block cart, and connecting the vehicle-mounted UWB distance measuring sensor with a vehicle-mounted PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), the vehicle-mounted PLC acquires the spatial absolute positions of the cart, the trolley and the lifting appliance of each crown block and the crown block state data in real time, and uploads the data to the multi-crown block automatic operation scheduling system; and the dispatching system sends a control instruction to the vehicle-mounted PLC control system according to the uploaded space absolute position and crown block state data. The method has the advantages that the operation time of the multiple crown blocks in the workshop can be optimized, and the implementation of the automatic operation scheduling method enables each crown block to be in the most efficient working mode, so that the production efficiency of the workshop is improved, the working intensity of crown block drivers is reduced, and the automation level is improved.

    本发明涉及一种多天车自动运行调度方法,包括:采用多台激光雷达仪对车间内天车工作区进行连续扫描,建立车间三维模型,在各天车大车上安装随大车移动的车载UWB测距传感器,且与车载PLC连接,车载PLC实时采集各天车大车、小车及吊具的空间绝对位置及天车状态数据,并上传至多天车自动运行调度系统;调度系统根据上传的空间绝对位置及天车状态数据向车载PLC控制系统发送控制指令。本发明的优点是:可优化车间多天车作业时间,该自动运行调度方法的实施,使每台天车都处于最高效的工作方式,从而提高了车间的生产效率,降低天车司机工作强度,提高自动化水平。
