The invention discloses a train loading unbalance loading prevention device, a control method and a travelling crane. The device comprises an image acquisition and analysis system, a transmission control system and an anti-swing device, the image acquisition and analysis system is used for shooting position images of the hanging object and the train carriage and obtaining position information of the hanging object through image analysis; the transmission control system is used for sending an instruction to control the travelling crane to move according to the position information of the hoisted object fed back by the image acquisition and analysis system, so that the position of the hoisted object meets the required drop point position requirement; the anti-swing device is arranged on the travelling crane and used for stabilizing a hoisted object. Automatic centering and unbalance loading prevention are achieved, the loading efficiency is improved, a loading and delivery plan can be made conveniently, the safety of workers is guaranteed, and time and labor are saved. In addition, an anti-swing device is arranged to stabilize the hoisted object and reduce the swing of the hoisted object, so that the position information of the hoisted object acquired by the image acquisition and analysis system is more accurate, and the accuracy of unbalance loading prevention during loading is improved.

    本发明公开了一种火车装载防偏载装置、控制方法及行车。该装置包括:图像采集分析系统、传动控制系统、防摇摆装置;图像采集分析系统用于拍摄吊物及火车车厢的位置图像,并通过图像分析得出吊物的位置信息;传动控制系统用于根据图像采集分析系统反馈的吊物的位置信息,发出指令控制行车进行移动,以使吊物的位置达到所需的落点位置要求;防摇摆装置设置于行车上,用于稳定吊物。实现了自动对中防偏载,提高了装车效率,便于制定装车发货计划,保证了工作人员的安全,且省时省力。此外,还设置了防摇摆装置使吊物稳定,减少吊物摇晃,从而使图像采集分析系统获取的吊物的位置信息更加准确,提高了装车防偏载的准确性。
