The invention discloses an elevator anomaly detection method. The method comprises the steps that self-closing force feature information when an elevator executes a door opening action and/or a door closing action is obtained; and according to the self-closing force feature information and preset self-closing force feature information, the self-closing force state of the elevator is determined. The invention further discloses an elevator anomaly detection device and equipment and a storage medium. According to the method, the self-closing force feature information when the elevator executes the door opening action and/or the door closing action is obtained, and then the preset self-closing force feature information is compared with the self-closing force feature information, so that whether the self-closing force of the current elevator landing door is abnormal or not is judged, video monitoring analysis is not needed, and the safety of the elevator landing door is improved. Therefore, the elevator abnormity detection under the current driving mode of the hoistway door can be realized, the occurrence of accidents which influence the safety of passengers and are caused by insufficient self-closing force of the hoistway door due to aging of self-closing force driving equipment is avoided, and the use safety of the elevator is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯异常检测方法,该方法包括获取所述电梯执行开门动作和/或闭门动作时的自闭力特征信息;根据所述自闭力特征信息和预设自闭力特征信息,确定所述电梯的自闭力状态。本发明还公开了一种电梯异常检测装置、设备及存储介质。本发明通过获取电梯执行开门动作和/或闭门动作时的自闭力特征信息,再利用预设的自闭力特征信息与自闭力特征信息进行比较,以此来判断当前电梯厅门自闭力是否异常,无需视频监控分析,即可实现厅门当前驱动方式下的电梯异常检测,避免了因自闭力驱动设备老化导致厅门自闭力不足,造成影响乘客安全的事故发生,进而提高了电梯使用的安全性。
