The invention discloses a gypsum board layered offset correction device which is provided with connecting and positioning structures, a layered lifting driving part, an angle offset adjusting part and a translation correction structure. The layered lifting driving part drives the connecting and positioning structures of all layers to ascend at the same time so as to drive gypsum boards of different layers to ascend at the same time at the ascending heights which are sequentially increased from bottom to top. Adjusting gaps are formed between the gypsum boards, and the angle deviation adjusting pieces are used for driving the gypsum boards to rotate through the connecting and positioning structures so as to drive the gypsum boards to adjust the angles to be parallel to the conveying direction of the gypsum board conveying line. The translation correction structure drives the gypsum board to translate in the gypsum board conveying direction and the gypsum board width direction through the connection positioning structure so as to drive the gypsum board to translate to coincide with the preset gypsum board position. According to the device, non-wear offset adjustment is achieved in a layered adjustment mode, the influence on other gypsum boards in the gypsum board adjustment process is avoided, and the influence on the quality of the gypsum boards is reduced under the condition that it is guaranteed that the gypsum boards are corrected.

    本发明公开了一种石膏板分层式偏移校正装置,具备连接定位结构、分层升降驱动件、角偏移调节件和平移校正结构分层升降驱动件驱动带动每层连接定位结构同时上升,以带动不同层石膏板以从下到上依次增大的升高高度同时升高,石膏板之间形成以调节间隙,角偏移调节件用于通过连接定位结构带动石膏板旋转,以带动石膏板调整角度至石膏板运输线运输方向平行;平移校正结构通过连接定位结构带动石膏板沿石膏板运输方向上和石膏板宽度方向上平移,以带动石膏板平移至与预设石膏板位重合。本发明通过分层调节的方式实现无磨损偏移调节,避免石膏板调节过程中对其他石膏板造成的影响,在保证对石膏板完成校正的情况下减少了对石膏板质量造成的影响。
