The invention discloses a property management unmanned aerial vehicle patrol device, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, the unmanned aerial vehicle patrol device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a battery rack and a battery core, and the battery core is installed in the battery rack; wherein the battery rack comprises a connecting seat and a movable seat, the connecting seat and the movable seat are connected through a spring, and conductive plates are mounted at the two ends of the movable seat; electrode elastic sheets are mounted on the two sides of the battery cell and are connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery cell respectively, and the battery cell is attached to the inner wall of the current-conducting plate through the electrode elastic sheets. According to the property unmanned aerial vehicle patrol device disclosed by the invention, the connecting seat and the movable seat are connected through the current-conducting plate, and then the current-conducting plate supplies power to the electrode elastic sheets on the battery core, so that the technical problem that a battery cannot be replaced under the condition of uninterruptible power supply when an existing property unmanned aerial vehicle patrol device is used is effectively solved; therefore, the purpose of replacing the battery core without power failure is achieved, and subsequent autonomous battery replacement of the unmanned aerial vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种物业无人机巡逻装置,涉及无人机技术领域,该无人机巡逻装置包括:无人机、电池架以及电池芯,安装在电池架的内部;其中,所述电池架包含连接座和活动座,且两者之间通过弹簧连接,所述活动座的两端均安装有导电板;所述电池芯的两侧均安装有电极弹片,且分别与电池芯的正负极连接,所述电池芯通过电极弹片与导电板的内壁贴合。本发明所述的一种物业无人机巡逻装置,由于采用了导电板将连接座和活动座连接,再由导电板为电池芯上的电极弹片供电,所以,有效解决了现有的物业无人机巡逻装置在使用时,无法在不断电情况下更换电池的技术问题,进而实现了不断电更换电池芯的目的,方便后续无人机进行自主更换电池。
