The invention relates to the technical field of instrument panel pipe beam assemblies, in particular to a commercial vehicle pipe beam assembly and a machining and manufacturing method thereof.The commercial vehicle pipe beam assembly comprises a hollow main circular pipe beam, and a center control lock mounting bottom frame, a steering column fixing bottom frame and an instrument center main bottom frame which are arranged at intervals are sequentially and integrally formed on the hollow main circular pipe beam from left to right in a bent mode; the central control lock mounting underframe, the steering column fixing underframe and the instrument central main underframe are positioned on different planes; a central control lock bracket is detachably and fixedly mounted on the central control lock mounting underframe and is used for providing mounting support for a central control lock of the commercial vehicle. The central lock mounting underframe, the steering column fixing underframe and the instrument central main underframe of the commercial vehicle tubular beam assembly are integrally bent and formed by partial structures of the hollow main circular tubular beam, so that the integral forming of the whole frame main body can be effectively ensured; the overall structural strength and collision resistance of the whole hollow main circular tube beam structure are improved when the hollow main circular tube beam structure is matched with commercial vehicle instruments for installation.

    本发明涉及仪表板管梁总成技术领域,尤其是商用车管梁总成及其加工制造方法,包括空心主圆管梁,在所述空心主圆管梁上自左至右依次一体成型弯折成型有间隔设置的中控锁安装底架、转向柱固定底架、仪表中央主底架,所述中控锁安装底架、所述转向柱固定底架、所述仪表中央主底架位于不同的平面上;在所述中控锁安装底架上可拆卸地固定安装有中控锁支架,所述中控锁支架用于为商用车的中控锁提供安装支撑。本发明中的商用车管梁总成的中控锁安装底架、转向柱固定底架、仪表中央主底架由空心主圆管梁的部分结构一体弯折成型,能够有效地保证了整个框架主体的一体成型,提高整个空心主圆管梁结构在配合商用车仪表安装时整体结构强度与抗碰撞性能。
