The method comprises the steps of receiving current environment information collected by a sensor; the current environment information is input into a preset decision-making model, a decision-making output result is obtained, the preset decision-making model is obtained through training of a deep reinforcement learning algorithm, and the decision-making output result at least comprises a lane changing decision; and planning in a planning module according to the lane changing decision in the decision output result. According to the invention, the deep reinforcement learning algorithm is adopted to obtain an automatic driving vehicle decision result, and a more intelligent and autonomous decision is achieved.
