The invention provides a brake lamp control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and the brake lamp control method comprises the steps that a real-time vehicle speed signal of a target vehicle is obtained; when it is monitored that the brake switch of the target vehicle is not powered on, whether a deceleration event happens to the target vehicle or not is judged based on the real-time vehicle speed signal; and if yes, based on the deceleration value difference corresponding to the deceleration event, dynamic lightening control is conducted on a brake lamp of the target vehicle. According to the invention, the brake lamp can be reliably controlled to be lightened under the scene that the brake switch signal cannot be generated, so that the safety in the vehicle driving process is remarkably improved.
