The invention provides a refueling pressure relief system and method for a hybrid electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of automobile control, the refueling pressure relief system comprises a refueling lock, a refueling pressure relief device and a refueling pressure relief device, the fuel tank pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure in the fuel tank; the carbon tank is used for filtering gasoline steam in the fuel tank; the fuel tank isolation valve is arranged between the fuel tank and the carbon tank; the control module is used for judging whether the pressure in the fuel tank is larger than or equal to a set pressure threshold value or not according to the refueling request signal, if yes, a fuel tank isolation valve is controlled to be opened so that gasoline steam in the fuel tank can be decompressed to a carbon tank, and if not, a refueling port cover is controlled to be opened so that the hybrid electric vehicle can be refueled. And after refueling is finished, the refueling port cover and the oil tank isolation valve are controlled to be closed. Before a driver opens the oil filler cap, a large amount of gasoline steam in the oil tank is decompressed to the carbon tank assembly to be filtered and then discharged to the atmosphere, the safety of oil filling personnel is guaranteed, and environmental pollution is reduced.

    本发明提供一种混合动力车的加油泄压系统及方法,属于汽车控制技术领域,加油泄压系统包括:加油锁,用于在混合动力车加油时产生加油请求信号;油箱压力传感器,用于检测燃油箱内的压力;碳罐,用于对燃油箱内的汽油蒸气进行过滤;油箱隔离阀,设置在燃油箱与所述碳罐之间;控制模块,用于根据加油请求信号,判断燃油箱内的压力是否大于或等于设定压力阈值,若是,则控制油箱隔离阀打开,以将燃油箱内的汽油蒸汽泄压至碳罐,否则,控制加油口盖开启,以对混合动力车加油,并在加油结束后控制加油口盖及油箱隔离阀关闭。在驾驶员打开加油口盖前将油箱内部大量汽油蒸气泄压至碳罐总成过滤后排放至大气,保障了加油人员的安全,且降低了环境污染。
