The invention discloses a new energy automobile battery thermal management control method, and the main design concept of the invention lies in providing a power battery thermal management comprehensive control strategy through motor and electric control waste heat recovery, so that during low-temperature driving heating, waste heat recovery of a motor and an all-in-one distribution box is carried out, and a power battery is heated; the driving heating power consumption is reduced, and the vehicle endurance mileage is increased; and a running heating cut-off temperature threshold value can be set according to the temperature of the battery standing in the environment instead of running heating cut-off according to a fixed threshold value, so that energy is saved, and the endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased. In addition, in spring and autumn, when the power battery needs heat dissipation, the radiator is started preferentially for heat dissipation, power consumption generated by directly starting a battery cooler of the air conditioner is reduced, and therefore the endurance mileage of the vehicle can be increased. According to the invention, the energy consumption of the new energy vehicle is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the pure electric vehicle is obviously increased while the low-temperature operation efficiency of the power battery is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电池热管理控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,提出一种通过电机、电控余热回收的动力电池热管理综合控制策略,使得低温行车加热时,进行电机、多合一配电盒余热回收,对动力电池进行加热,降低行车加热电耗,增加车辆续航里程;并可以根据电池静置在环境中的温度,设定行车加热截止温度阈值,而不是按固定阈值行车加热截止,有利于节约能量提升车辆续航里程。此外,在春秋季时,当动力电池需要散热时,优先启动散热器散热,减少直接开启空调的电池冷却器产生的功耗,从而也可以增加车辆续航里程。本发明有助于降低新能源汽车能耗,在提升动力电池低温运行效率的同时,显著增加纯电动车续航里程。
