The present invention relates to a plate-type tempered glass breaker, comprising: a support part (110) which is configured to be in contact with the surface of tempered glass to be broken by a predetermined area and has a tip movement hole (111a) formed in the plate surface; a striking part (120) which is coupled to the upper part of the support part (110) so as to be capable of rising and falling, and in which a crushing tip (123) is disposed in the center region, the crushing tip (123) striking the tempered glass through the tip movement hole (111a) while descending; and a safety needle (140) which is inserted between the support part (110) and the striking part (120) so as to prevent the arbitrary lowering of the striking part (120).
