The invention provides an image evidence obtaining method, system and equipment for vehicle access to a parking space, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a high-position recognition camera to carry out the photographing of a parking region at a preset first time interval, obtaining a first image, and recording the first photographing moment of the first image; if the parking space detection equipment detects that the target event occurs on the parking space, the parking space detection equipment records the occurrence moment of the target event and sends a target event signal and the occurrence moment to the server; the server responds to the target event signal and issues a photographing instruction to the high-order identification camera; and the high-position identification camera responds to the photographing instruction and photographs the parking area. According to the invention, the parking space detection device is introduced as an additional detection medium for the vehicle entering and exiting the parking space, so that the vehicle entering and exiting the parking space cannot be recognized even if the lens of the high-position recognition camera is partially shielded by leaves and other objects; and the high-position identification camera can also photograph the parking space so as to obtain image evidence of the vehicle entering and exiting the parking space.

    本申请提供了一种车辆出入停车位的图像证据获取方法、系统及设备,方法包括:每隔预设的第一时间间隔,高位识别相机对停车区域进行拍照,得到第一图像,并记录第一图像的第一拍照时刻;若车位检测设备检测到该停车位上发生目标事件,则车位检测设备记录目标事件的发生时刻,并向服务器发送目标事件信号和发生时刻;服务器响应目标事件信号,向高位识别相机下达拍照指令;高位识别相机响应拍照指令,对停车区域进行拍照。本申请通过引入车位检测设备作为车辆出入停车位的额外检测媒介,即便在高位识别相机的镜头被树叶等物部分遮挡导致无法识别车辆出入停车位的情况下,高位识别相机也能够对停车位进行拍照从而获取到车辆出入停车位的图像证据。
