The invention discloses a dynamic determination method for injection pressure of an external meshing gear motor for hoisting. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining fluctuating output hydraulic rotating speed and output hydraulic torque according to a gear pair meshing process; 2, calculating the angular acceleration of the output hydraulic rotating speed according to the fluctuating output hydraulic rotating speed; 3, calculating a dynamic hoisting load torque according to the angular acceleration of the output hydraulic rotating speed; fourthly, dynamic injection pressure is calculated through coupling when the hoisting load torque is equal to the output hydraulic torque. According to the method, through a given concise formula of the injection pressure under the hoisting load, the working conditions of the injection pressure, the rated injection flow and the rated oil return back pressure, the hoisting involute gear-shaft geometric parameters of the base circle radius, the pitch circle radius, the tooth width and the shaft end radius and the coupling mechanism between the hoisting load mass are clarified; the defects in the aspect of calculating the output hydraulic torque and the fluctuation coefficient of an existing gear motor are overcome, and then the design quality of the gear motor and the evaluation quality of the lifting characteristic of the gear motor are improved.

    起吊用外啮合齿轮马达注入压力的动态确定方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、由齿轮副啮合过程确定波动的输出液压转速和输出液压转矩;步骤二、由波动的输出液压转速计算输出液压转速的角加速度;步骤三、由输出液压转速的角加速度计算动态的起吊负载转矩;步骤四、由起吊负载转矩等于输出液压转矩耦合计算出动态的注入压力。本发明通过所给出的起吊负载下注入压力的简洁公式,明晰注入压力与额定注入流量和额定回油背压的工况条件,基圆半径、节圆半径、齿宽、轴端半径的起吊用渐开线齿轮‑轴几何参数,及起吊负载物质量间的耦合机理,弥补现有齿轮马达输出液压转矩及其波动系数计算方面的不足,进而提高了齿轮马达的设计质量及其起吊特性的评估质量。
