The structure is simple, and contact detection of the ultrasonic contact probe carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle on concrete is realized.
本发明提出了一种基于无人机的混凝土超声波探伤装置及方法,在无人机下方固设的混凝土超声波探伤装置,所述混凝土超声波探伤装置包括超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头;所述超声波发射探头用于对混凝土发出超声波探测信号,所述超声波接收探头用于接收混凝土所反射回的超声波信号;设置在无人机下方的T型置线管;所述T型置线管包括横管和竖管,所述混凝土超声波探伤装置中的超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头从所述竖管穿入,并从所述横管的一端穿出;在所述超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头穿出所述横管的端口处布设有缓冲弹簧。本发明结构简单,实现无人机携带超声波接触式探头对混凝土的接触式探测。
