The invention provides a concrete ultrasonic flaw detection device and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the concrete ultrasonic flaw detection device is fixedly arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the concrete ultrasonic flaw detection device comprises an ultrasonic transmitting probe and an ultrasonic receiving probe; the ultrasonic transmitting probe is used for transmitting an ultrasonic detection signal to concrete, and the ultrasonic receiving probe is used for receiving an ultrasonic signal reflected by the concrete; the T-shaped wire placing pipe is arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle; the T-shaped wire placing pipe comprises a transverse pipe and a vertical pipe, and an ultrasonic transmitting probe and an ultrasonic receiving probe in the concrete ultrasonic flaw detection device penetrate in from the vertical pipe and penetrate out from one end of the transverse pipe; buffer springs are arranged at the end openings, penetrating out of the transverse pipe, of the ultrasonic transmitting probe and the ultrasonic receiving probe. The structure is simple, and contact detection of the ultrasonic contact probe carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle on concrete is realized.

    本发明提出了一种基于无人机的混凝土超声波探伤装置及方法,在无人机下方固设的混凝土超声波探伤装置,所述混凝土超声波探伤装置包括超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头;所述超声波发射探头用于对混凝土发出超声波探测信号,所述超声波接收探头用于接收混凝土所反射回的超声波信号;设置在无人机下方的T型置线管;所述T型置线管包括横管和竖管,所述混凝土超声波探伤装置中的超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头从所述竖管穿入,并从所述横管的一端穿出;在所述超声波发射探头、超声波接收探头穿出所述横管的端口处布设有缓冲弹簧。本发明结构简单,实现无人机携带超声波接触式探头对混凝土的接触式探测。
