The ship model underwater calibration method comprises a ship body, a measuring beam is installed in the middle of the ship body, the measuring beam is connected with the inner wall of the ship body through a supporting cross beam, and the ship body is of a sectional type; the calibration process comprises the following steps: step 1, determining the placement position of a weight; step 2, determining the position of a measurement section and the connection mode of a strain gauge; step 3, standing a ship body in a pool; step 4, obtaining the mean value of the variation of each strain signal; the ship model is calibrated in water, so that the calibration coefficient can better reflect the actual physical state, the weight placement positions enabling the draught changes of all the cross sections of the ship model to be the same are obtained through calculation, and the weights are gradually loaded and unloaded at the corresponding positions to calibrate the ship model in the actual state. According to the method, the influence of deformation of the ship model after launching on the calibration coefficient is considered, the accuracy of underwater calibration is ensured, and the wave load test precision is further improved.

    本发明涉及一种船模水中标定方法,包括船体,所述船体中部安装有测量梁,所述测量梁通过支撑横梁与船体内壁连接,所述船体为分段式;标定过程包括以下步骤:第一步、确定砝码放置位置,第二步、确定测量剖面的位置和应变片连接方式,第三步、将船体静置于水池中,第四步、获得各个应变信号变化量均值,第五步、计算第n个测量剖面需要标定的系数。通过在水中进行船模标定,使标定系数更能反映实际的物理状态,通过计算得出使船模各横剖面吃水变化相同的砝码放置位置,在相应位置处逐步加载和卸载砝码对实际状态下船模进行标定,该方法考虑了船模下水以后的变形对标定系数的影响,保证了水中标定的准确性,进一步提高波浪载荷试验精度。
