The invention discloses an electromagnetic clutch and a whole vehicle electrical control system, and the system comprises a whole vehicle controller which comprises an engine controller, a generator controller, a clutch controller and a drive motor controller which are electrically connected with the whole vehicle controller. The engine controller is electrically connected with the generator controller, the generator controller is electrically connected with the clutch controller, the driving motor controller is electrically connected with the clutch controller, and the driving motor controller is electrically connected with the clutch controller through combination of an independent electromagnetic clutch system and a whole vehicle control system. Therefore, the control of the electromagnetic clutch is more flexible, the electromagnetic interference among the wire harnesses is reduced, and the stability and the reliability of the electromagnetic clutch are improved.
