The invention relates to the technical field of tires, and aims to provide a sound-absorbing material, a preparation method thereof and application of the sound-absorbing material to tires in order to effectively reduce noise. A sound-absorbing material comprises a rubber matrix and high-elasticity pre-vulcanized rubber particles dispersed in the rubber matrix, the particle size of the high-elasticity pre-vulcanized rubber particles is 300-500 microns, the high-elasticity pre-vulcanized rubber particles are dispersed in rubber to form a bionic cork structure, and the weight ratio of the high-elasticity pre-vulcanized rubber particles in the rubber matrix is 4-18%; the rebound rate of the high-elasticity pre-vulcanized rubber particles is larger than 65% and larger than the elasticity of a surrounding rubber matrix. The preparation method of the sound-absorbing material comprises the following steps: adding the raw rubber, the pre-vulcanized rubber particles, the reinforcing filler, the activating agent and the anti-aging agent into an internal mixer, pressing a top peg, and mixing; adding the first-section rubber compound, a vulcanizing agent and an accelerant into an internal mixer, and pressing a top peg for mixing; when applied to tire treads, the rubber composition can effectively absorb noise generated by friction between tires and road surfaces.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,为了有效降低噪音,本发明的目的在于提供一种吸音材料及其制备方法和在轮胎上的应用。一种吸音材料,包括橡胶基体和分散在其中的高弹性预硫化橡胶颗粒,高弹性预硫化橡胶颗粒的粒径为300‑500μm,分散在橡胶内部,形成仿生软木结构,高弹性预硫化橡胶颗粒在橡胶基体中的重量占比为4‑18%;所述高弹性预硫化橡胶颗粒的回弹率大于65%,大于周围橡胶基体的弹性。上述吸音材料的制备方法:将生橡胶、预硫化橡胶颗粒、补强填料、活化剂、防老剂加入密炼机,压上顶栓混炼;一段混炼胶、硫化剂及促进剂加入密炼机,压上顶栓混炼。应用于轮胎胎面,可以有效吸收轮胎与路面摩擦产生的噪音。
