The invention belongs to the field of tires, and relates to a low-carbon environment-friendly high-performance rubber composition and a preparation method thereof, and a tire, the low-carbon environment-friendly high-performance rubber composition comprises 0-100 parts of natural rubber and/or diene synthetic rubber, 35-80 parts of a filler, 0.1-18 parts of a special filler, 3-10 parts of zinc oxide, 2-10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3-6 parts of insoluble sulfur, and 1-3 parts of an accelerator. The rubber composition provided by the invention is used for preparing the tire belt speed layer end protection rubber, so that the requirements of high adhesion and high strength of a rubber material are ensured, and the rubber composition also has excellent fatigue resistance, shear resistance and heat resistance. The tire prepared by the invention has good durability and use safety. Meanwhile, after the formula is finely adjusted, the rubber composition can also be used for preparing a low-rolling-resistance tire, the obtained tire tread rubber composition has excellent low hysteresis loss and high heat-conducting property, and the requirement for the mechanical property of a rubber material is met. The tire manufactured by using the rubber composition has excellent durability and use safety.

    本发明属于轮胎领域,涉及一种低碳环保高性能橡胶组合物及其制备方法、轮胎,包括:天然橡胶和/或二烯系合成橡胶0~100份、填料35~80份、特殊填料0.1~18份、3~10份的氧化锌、2~10份的防老剂、3~6份的不溶性硫磺、1~3份的促进剂。本发明的橡胶组合物用于制备轮胎带速层端部护胶既保证了胶料的高粘合、高强度的要求,也具备了优异的耐疲劳性能、抗剪切性能及耐热性能。本发明制备的轮胎具有良好的耐久性、使用安全性。同时,对配方进行微调后,本发明的橡胶组合物还可以用于低滚动阻力轮胎的制备,得到的轮胎胎面胶橡胶组合物既具有优异的低滞后损耗及高导热性能,又保证了胶料的力学性能的要求。用该橡胶组合物制造的轮胎具有优异的耐久性、使用安全性。
