A purpose of the invention is to provide a rubber composition filled with high-dispersion nano white carbon black and used for an environment-friendly tire tread. According to the invention, polyetherpolyol is adopted to carry out anchoring modification on the surfaces of nano white carbon black particles, solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber cement is subjected to graft polymerization by using a polar monomer, a barrier layer with high connection strength is formed on the surfaces of the nano white carbon black particles through coating treatment to separate the nano white carbon black particles, and finally the high-performance rubber composition for the tire tread is prepared by directly mixing with the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber cement and coagulating; theperformance balance among wear resistance, wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of the rubber composition is obviously improved, and the rubber composition has good wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance; and the method is environment-friendly, simple, feasible, low in cost and suitable for industrial production.

    本发明目的在于提供一种填充高分散型纳米白炭黑的绿色轮胎胎面用橡胶组合物,该发明采用聚醚多元醇对纳米白炭黑粒子表面进行锚固改性,而后对溶聚丁苯胶浆用极性单体进行接枝聚合,最后通过包覆处理在纳米白炭黑粒子表面形成一种连接强度高的阻碍层,达到分离纳米白炭黑粒子,然后与溶聚丁苯胶浆直接混合、凝聚来制备出用于轮胎胎面的高性能橡胶组合物。该橡胶组合物的“魔鬼三角”性能平衡性得到明显地提升,具有良好的抗湿滑性和低的滚动阻力。其方法绿色环保,简单易行,成本低廉,适合工业化生产。
