The invention relates to a chain-driven constant-force lifting platform with a large telescopic ratio and an operation method thereof. The lifting platform comprises a base, a shear fork mechanism, a lifting platform body, a chain lifting mechanism and a control system. The chain lifting mechanism comprises at least one chain wheel mounted on the base, the chain wheel is meshed with a chain, and the top of the chain is connected with the bottom of the lifting platform through a revolute pair; the chain comprises inner chain links, outer chain links and a limiting mechanism, wherein the inner chain links and the outer chain links are alternately connected. The limiting mechanism comprises a first limiting mechanism and a second limiting mechanism which are used for limiting the opposite rotation directions of the adjacent chain links correspondingly, and the bidirectional locking chain conducts lifting movement in the vertical direction. Through the limiting effect of the limiting mechanism and detection control of the control system, stable self-locking and simple unlocking of the chain are automatically achieved, the driving power and the rotating speed of the motor are intelligently matched, constant-force lifting of the chain in the vertical direction is guaranteed, the constant-force lifting platform with the large telescopic ratio is provided, equipment is effectively simplified, energy consumption is reduced, and the lifting efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种链驱动的大伸缩比恒力举升平台及其运行方法,所述举升平台包括底座、剪叉机构、升降平台、链条举升机构及控制系统。链条举升机构,包括安装于底座上的至少一个链轮,链轮与链条啮合,链条顶部通过转动副与升降平台底部连接;链条包括交替连接的内链节和外链节,以及限位机构;所述限位机构包括分别对相邻链节的相反转动方向进行限位的第一限位机构和第二限位机构,双向锁定链条在竖直方向举升运动。本发明通过限位机构的限制作用、控制系统的检测控制,自动实现链条的稳定自锁与简便解锁,智能匹配电机驱动功率和转速,保证链条在竖直方向恒力举升,提供具有较大伸缩比的恒力举升平台,有效简化设备、降低能耗、提高举升效率。
