The multi-axis momentum wheel system suitable for the microsatellite comprises a shell, the shell comprises an upper cover and a bottom shell, the bottom end of the upper cover is connected with the bottom shell through screws, four fixing bosses are installed on the top of the inner side of the bottom shell, and the top ends of the fixing bosses are connected with a fixing bottom plate through screws; four vertical side plates are mounted on the edge of the top end of the fixed bottom plate, inclined side plates are mounted at the top ends of the adjacent vertical side plates, and mounting clamping grooves are formed in the middles of the vertical side plates, the inclined side plates and the fixed bottom plate. By arranging the fixing boss, the fixing bottom plate, the vertical side plates, the inclined side plates, the mounting clamping grooves, the fixing holes, the rib plates, the motor, the mounting holes, the connecting shafts and inertia and arranging a plurality of flywheel structures at the same time, compared with a single flywheel, the flywheel is higher in integration level, small in size and light in weight, the included angle precision of all the shafts is guaranteed, and follow-up posture control is facilitated.
