A fastening device secures the gasket to a damaged site of the aircraft skin by means of the first reinforcement and the second reinforcement. The aircraft skin repairing structure is a temporary repairing structure, the reinforcing pieces are arranged on the two sides of the damaged skin, the aircraft skin repairing structure can be used for repairing lightning stroke damage with the size larger than 7.94 mm, an aircraft can rapidly restore operation, the parking time is shortened, the operation cost is reduced, and the technical support pressure is reduced.
