The invention discloses a method for installing a deepwater oversized anti-sinking plate, which comprises the following steps of: loading and fixing the anti-sinking plate on a deck of a transportation barge, and sailing the transportation barge to an oil and gas field site; the engineering ship crane lifts the anti-sinking plate, and the anti-sinking plate is turned to be in an inclined state from a horizontal state; the engineering ship is used for obliquely hoisting the fender into water; the direction of the anti-sinking plate is adjusted underwater through the ROV, and the anti-sinking plate is connected to the engineering ship through the auxiliary righting rigging; the engineering ship crane slowly descends, the weight of the anti-sinking plate is gradually transferred to the auxiliary righting rigging, and the ROV relieves connection of part of the hoisting rigging; the engineering ship crane is slowly recovered, and the anti-settling plate is converted into a horizontal state from an inclined state; the ROV releases the connection of the underwater righting rigging; and the ROV adjusts the heading of the fender underwater, an engineering ship crane is assisted to install the fender to the designed position, the ROV relieves the hoisting rigging, and installation of the fender is completed. Water entry force of the anti-sinking plate is reduced, the offshore installation risk is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种深水超大尺寸防沉板安装方法,包括以下步骤:将防沉板在运输驳船甲板上进行装船固定,运输驳船航行至油气田现场;工程船吊机起吊防沉板,将防沉板由水平状态翻转为倾斜状态;工程船进行防沉板的倾斜吊装入水;通过ROV在水下调整防沉板方向,通过辅助扶正索具将防沉板连接至工程船;工程船吊机缓慢下放,将防沉板重量逐渐转移至辅助扶正索具,ROV解除部分吊装索具的连接;工程船吊机缓慢回收,防沉板由倾斜状态转换为水平状态;ROV解除水下扶正索具的连接;ROV在水下调整防沉板艏向,协助工程船吊机将防沉板安装至设计位置,ROV解除吊装索具,完成防沉板安装。本发明减少了防沉板入水抨击力,降低海上安装风险并减少施工成本。
