When the top support is completely unfolded or completely closed, the transmission assembly exceeds a dead point. The driving unit comprises a reduction gearbox and a driving shaft, a containing cavity is formed in the bottom plate, a drainage assembly is arranged at the bottom of the containing cavity, a first sealing piece is further arranged between the bottom support and the driving shaft, and a second sealing piece is arranged between the bottom plate and the vehicle body. When the spoiler is unfolded or closed, mechanical self-locking is formed between the transmission assemblies, and safe use of the empennage is guaranteed; the drainage assembly can quickly drain accumulated water, adverse effects on the transmission assembly caused by the accumulated water in the containing cavity are prevented, the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece can improve the sealing performance between the empennage system and the automobile body, and water is prevented from entering the automobile body.
