The invention discloses a self-locking connecting structure for an underground mine car, which comprises a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat, a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, a self-locking component, an excitation component, a locking component, a first buffer component and a second buffer component, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are respectively arranged at the tops of the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, and the self-locking component and the excitation component are respectively arranged on one side of the first vertical plate and one side of the second vertical plate. The locking assembly is arranged on the self-locking assembly, and the first buffering assembly and the second buffering assembly are arranged on the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat correspondingly. A linkage structure on the self-locking clamping base is triggered through the locking pin, so that the two mine cars are pre-locked, then the stability of the pre-locking structure is enhanced through the locking assembly, the locking arc block and the self-locking clamping base are connected into a whole, and therefore the mine cars are connected, connection is convenient, and efficiency is high; the first buffering assembly and the second buffering assembly are matched with each other, so that the device can absorb force in multiple directions, the damping effect is good, the stability of the device is improved, and deformation caused by collision of the mine car is effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种地下矿车用自锁定连接结构,包括第一、第二承载座、第一、第二竖板、自锁组件、激发组件、锁定组件、第一、第二缓冲组件,第一、第二承载座的顶部分别设置有第一、第二竖板,第一、第二竖板的一侧分别设置有自锁组件和激发组件,锁定组件设置在自锁组件上,第一、第二缓冲组件分别设置在第一、第二承载座上;本发明通过闭锁销去触发自锁卡座上的联动结构,使两个矿车完成预锁定,再通过锁定组件加强预锁定的结构稳定性,使闭锁弧块与自锁卡座联为一个整体,以此完成矿车的连接工作,连接方便,效率高;第一、第二缓冲组件相互配合可使设备吸收多个方向的力,减震效果好,提高了装置的稳定性,有效的避免了矿车因碰撞导致的变形。
