The invention discloses a transverse coupling integrated tramcar box-type axle and a manufacturing method thereof.The axle comprises an integrally-formed axle body, a first box body and a second box body, the first box body and the second box body are symmetrically located at the two ends of the axle body and suitable for installing a gear speed change mechanism, the axle body is of a hollow structure, and the two ends of the axle body communicate with the first box body and the second box body correspondingly; first mounting holes suitable for mounting a wheel assembly are formed in the outer sides of the first box body and the second box body, mounting platforms suitable for mounting a frame are arranged at the tops of the first box body and the second box body, and a second mounting hole suitable for mounting a motor assembly is formed in the front side of the first box body or the second box body. According to the method, the independent wheels can be positioned, the transverse coupling mode of the bogie becomes possible, automatic centering of the independent wheels of the tramcar is achieved, the method has the advantages of being good in self-guiding, small in eccentric wear amount and the like, the manufacturing method is comprehensively controlled from raw material design to casting forming, and a finally-manufactured casting meets the design requirement.

    本发明公开了一种横向耦合一体式有轨电车箱式轴桥其制造方法,其中轴桥包括一体成型的桥身和对称位于桥身两端的且适于安装齿轮变速机构的第一箱体和第二箱体,所述桥身为中空结构且两端分别连通第一箱体和第二箱体,所述第一箱体和第二箱体的外侧均开设有适于安装车轮总成的第一安装孔,顶部设有适于安装车架的安装平台,所述第一箱体或第二箱体的前侧开设有适于安装电机总成的第二安装孔。本发明能够对独立车轮进行定位,使得转向架横向耦合方式成为可能,实现有轨电车独立车轮自动对中和具有自导向较好、偏磨量小等优点,制造方法从原料设计到铸造成型进行全方位控制,使得最终制成的铸件满足设计需求。
