The invention belongs to the field of mechanical hydraulic pressure, and discloses an automatic excess pressure protection type aircraft brake combination valve which comprises an electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve and an electromagnetic hydraulic lock structure, the electromagnetic hydraulic lock structure is provided with double electromagnetic valves, and the electric input control of the first electromagnetic valve is connected with an airborne system; the electric input of the second electromagnetic valve is in control connection with the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve, after the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are powered on, the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is opened for oil feeding, after the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is powered off, the second electromagnetic valve is powered off synchronously, and the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is powered off for oil feeding. When a brake of an airplane is loosened, the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is powered off, and the interior of the brake combination valve can automatically cut off an oil inlet channel of the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve, so that the oil inlet channel does not output pressure any more, any possible excess pressure fault of the brake combination valve can be avoided, any control of an airborne system is not needed, and automatic excess pressure protection is achieved. The hydraulic control brake combination valve can greatly protect an airplane, avoids the major fault of airplane wheel tire dragging explosion caused by the excessive pressure fault of the brake combination valve, improves the safety of the airplane, and also increases the application scenarios of the hydraulic control brake combination valve.
