The invention discloses a high-insulation stray current protection method and a high-insulation stray current protection system for a regional track, which are used for realizing stray current protection of a protection region in which a subway line and a buried metal pipeline are crossed or parallel. According to the regional track high-insulation stray current protection method and system, for a key region where a subway line and a buried metal pipeline are crossed or parallel, insulating joints and direct-current circuit breakers are additionally arranged on running rails at the two ends of a protection region, and the running rails on the two sides of the region are connected through bridging cables; according to the technical scheme, leakage of stray current in the protection area can be reduced, stray current generated when current in other areas in the line flows through the protection area can be reduced, and therefore protection cost is reduced, safety, reliability and service life of a walking rail, peripheral equipment and a system in the protection area are greatly improved at the same time, and the service life of the walking rail and the peripheral equipment and system in the protection area is greatly prolonged.
