The invention discloses a method for controlling a complex working condition of a fuel cell test platform, belongs to the technical field of renewable energy sources and hydrogen energy, and particularly relates to a method for controlling the complex working condition of a fuel cell test platform by taking a vehicle power demand curve as a vehicle power system working condition script and utilizing a vehicle energy management strategy to convert the vehicle power demand curve into a target power curve of a fuel cell power system. Scripts are corresponding working conditions; based on an intrinsic matching relation between current and power in the fuel cell power system, converting the target power curve into a target current curve of a fuel cell power module, and taking the target current curve as a corresponding working condition script; self-defining test condition parameters of each current point for a target current curve of the fuel cell power module, and further constructing a fuel cell stack working condition script; and the fuel cell test platform completes automatic working condition test of the corresponding test object according to the imported different working condition scripts. Automatic test working condition conversion of different test objects can be completed, the automatic test working condition generation difficulty of the different test objects is reduced, and programming is easy to realize.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池测试平台复杂工况控制方法,属于可再生能源与氢能技术领域,具体以整车功率需求曲线为车用动力系统工况脚本,利用整车能量管理策略将整车功率需求曲线转换为燃料电池动力系统的目标功率曲线,为对应工况脚本;基于燃料电池动力系统中电流与功率间的本征匹配关系,将目标功率曲线转换为燃料电池动力模块的目标电流曲线,为对应工况脚本;对燃料电池动力模块的目标电流曲线,自定义各电流点的测试条件参数,进而构建燃料电池电堆工况脚本;燃料电池测试平台根据导入的不同工况脚本,完成对应测试对象的自动工况测试。本发明可完成不同测试对象的自动测试工况转化,降低不同测试对象的自动测试工况生成难度,易于编程实现。
