The invention provides an urban expressway traffic-oriented travel reservation method, which comprises the following steps that: S10, a user initiates a travel reservation application before driving a vehicle to pass a reservation road section, and the user needs to pass the reservation qualification check of a management end, otherwise, the reservation application is ended; s20, processing a reservation travel application order submitted by the user according to whether the reservation quota exists in the reservation time period, and recording and processing user behaviors; s30, monitoring of the entering vehicle is started in the reservation time period, and corresponding treatment is carried out; and S40, collecting and storing S10 user data, S20 reservation order data and S30 road traffic data, and after data analysis, applying the data to user application qualification auditing, reservation time period determination, application time period division and basic reservation limit determination. According to the method, excessive free motor vehicle travel is further restrained, urban road supply and demand contradiction can be balanced in a short time, road resources can be distributed fairly to the maximum extent, and medical first aid, emergency events and the like can be effectively coped with.

    本发明提出一种面向城市快速路交通的预约出行方法,包括步骤:S10用户在驾驶车辆通过预约路段前,发起预约出行申请,用户需通过管理端预约资格审核,否则结束预约申请;S20根据预约时段内有无预约额度对用户提交的预约出行申请订单进行处理,并对用户行为记录并处理;S30在预约时段内开启对进入车辆的监测,并进行相应的处置;S40采集并存储S10用户数据、S20预约订单数据和S30道路交通数据,数据分析后应用于用户申请资格审核、预约时段确定、申请时段划分、基本预约额度确定。本发明进一步约束过度自由的机动车出行实现既能在短时期内平衡城市道路供需矛盾,又能最大限度公平分配道路资源,还能有效应对医疗急救、突发应急事件等。
