The invention relates to a traffic intersection scheduling system, method and device based on a network connection cloud control platform, and the method comprises the steps: collecting traffic participant information and traffic event information, fusing the traffic participant information, the traffic event information and vehicle fusion data, and obtaining fusion perception data; receiving fusion perception data, shared data sent by a target resource platform and vehicle fusion data sent by a target network connection vehicle, generating traffic total-factor real-time digital mapping data, processing part of data in the traffic total-factor real-time digital mapping data into non-real-time collaborative application data, and sending the non-real-time collaborative application data to the target network connection vehicle; processing residual data in the traffic total factor real-time digital mapping data into data of real-time collaborative application; and constructing a data set of traffic big data, generating a traffic equipment control instruction and traffic control data, and generating a scheduling signal of a traffic intersection. The problems that the turn-on time is insufficient in the direction with many vehicles and the turn-on time is left in the direction with few vehicles, so that the vehicles in one direction are crowded, and the traffic flow in the other direction is small are solved.

    本申请涉及一种基于网联云控平台的交通路口调度系统、方法及设备,包括:采集交通参与者信息和交通事件信息,融合交通参与者信息、交通事件信息和车辆融合数据,得到融合感知数据;接收融合感知数据、目标资源平台发送的共享数据、目标网联车辆发送的车辆融合数据,生成交通全要素实时数字映射数据,将交通全要素实时数字映射数据中部分数据处理为非实时类协同应用的数据,交通全要素实时数字映射数据中的剩余数据处理为实时类协同应用的数据;构建交通大数据的数据集,生成交通设备控制指令和交通管控数据,生成交通路口的调度信号。解决了车多的方向导通时间不足,车少的方向导通时间剩余,造成一方向车拥挤,另一方向车流量少等问题。
