The invention discloses a three-dimensional remote atmospheric pollution monitoring system and method, and the system comprises an environment detection load which comprises a meteorological measurement module and a gas measurement module; the three-dimensional mobile platform is used for carrying the environment detection load; the main control center is used for remotely receiving a transmission signal of the environment detection load, and the transmission signal comprises air pollution data and corresponding position information; and the software platform is used for receiving the transmission signal of the main control center and displaying the transmission signal through an electronic map. Through a data transmission technology, a computer and internet map big data are combined, and the near-ground two-dimensional gas pollution distribution condition can be measured remotely, in real time and in a traceable mode.
