The invention relates to a marine diesel engine lubricating oil pump which comprises a lubricating oil pump body, an adjusting valve is arranged on the lubricating oil pump body and comprises a valve element, an oil outlet cavity, an oil inlet cavity and a valve deck, the oil inlet cavity and the oil outlet cavity are communicated with an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the lubricating oil pump body respectively, one end of the valve element is communicated with a signal oil cavity, and the other end of the valve element is communicated with a signal oil cavity. One end of the signal oil cavity is communicated with the valve cover, a first elastic piece is arranged between the other end of the signal oil cavity and the valve cover, when signal oil is injected into the signal oil cavity, the oil pressure of the signal oil can act on the valve element, and when the valve element is at the initial position, the valve element blocks the communicating position between the oil outlet cavity and the oil inlet cavity, so that the oil outlet cavity and the oil inlet cavity are not communicated. The pressure regulating valve is additionally arranged on the lubricating oil pump, the purpose of controlling the oil drainage amount is achieved in the mode that the opening degree of the pressure regulating valve is controlled by controlling the pressure of signal oil, and therefore the technical purpose of controlling the flow of an outlet of the lubricating oil pump is achieved.
